After melting and pouring process, when all the shells cooling down. They will be transfered to shot blasting process for moving off all the shells and oxide on the surface of raw castings. It will also effect the roughness of the final raw castings. At castings factory of Highco Metal, we have 6 sets of shot blasting equipments and they could make us having more production capacity for investment castings up to 100tons per month.
